The last thing I did was clean the spool valve with carb cleaner and install another oil pressure switch.

Sounds good on the trans. Let me know when you put it in, I'll need to change some settings in the tune so your speedo reads right with the new final drive.

The clutch is totally up to you, though if your future goal is boost then I would probably recommend at least a stage II. Though I would contact KW and ask them what they recommend. I don't have any experience with that, so I don't want to lead you down the wrong path. Or ask your transmission guy, they might have a good recommendation too. If you drive a lot in traffic, a twin disc might save your left leg from some stress.

With a built motor you should be able to make well over 400 with E. The only issue is going to be that four letter word you have to do in California every two years. I don't believe the KW kits are CARB legal, but I could be wrong. What I would recommend is trying to get it ref'd with the KW kit on and see if they will give you a ref tag for it. I don't know how touchy they are about aftermarket kits nowadays, but the four letter word will be impossible every two years without the ref tag.
Played around with the intake a bit. Might have changed some. Have some Teins EnduroPro Plus struts for the front coming with the lightweight flywheel. Can't wait.

It might have. I made a couple small adjustments. Take this for a spin when you can.

here's another one. I didn't get a full pull, let me know if it's good enough.

Yeah that one looks good. If you want, make another datalog whenever with a clean pull to verify the whole RPM range. But it looks good from everything in this datalog.

I'll have to do that tomorrow. New shocks for the front came in, luckily. Looks like one was blown out and the other had a broken top mount.

I think these struts have been bad for a while. I think it was a big part of my wheel hop issue. These feel great, even the stiffest setting, feels better than I expected. I finally got to hear my car from the out side and it's much quieter than I expected to be.

That's good. The datalog looks good, it did have a couple know but I think it was more of a fluke. Make another datalog when you can and we'll see if there is a trend to them.

New struts are awsome!!!! Did my pull and hit rev limit at 8000 rpm. Didn't realize it until I looked at the log.

I finally did it and she is thirsty!!! I did a test run with the older tune (before the 4-2-1 header) and one after the new header. I still like the 4500 vtec best.

The first one is with all the 40* and before the 4-2-1 header and the second is the last revision you did. I think it liked the second more, but not sure.

Use the second one. It looks to be a second faster from 4000 to 8000 rpms. It's the last revision you did.

Yeah but it looks like you're datalogging through your laptop, so you can't use that as a calculation for acceleration. The sample rate through the a laptop is lower than logging through the FlashPro. But it does look better.

Now that the cat is out it's really filled in that midrange. You're probably better off to run through the 30-40-45 cam angle again to build out the cam angle map again. Unless you're happy with how it feels, but I'm pretty sure there is some midrange missing based on how lean everything went on that one. Let me know if you want to run through them again and I will send the next revision based on that.
