You can go either 3.5 or 3.0. They will both provide more air than the throttle body can ingest at any given time. Even if you go with a bigger TB in the future, the 3.0 would be plenty, but the 3.5 means you never have to wonder. But honestly either of them are fine and will work great. You just have to make sure you let me know before you install it, we have to change the tune from a MAF calibration to speed density before you start it.

How soon do you think you would purchase it?

Sounds good. We'll definitely start fresh with the tune for that and see how it all goes. It will be interesting to see how the knock changes, if at all with the new tune strategy. We'll see.

Sounds good. I went ahead and reset everything ignition wise and fuel for the new intake. Just in case ignition is impacted by the new efficiency of the intake we can start fresh. So here is the first one. This one is speed density ready for the new intake. Datalogs again shoot for the 20 minute range and the one third gear WOT pull. Then we'll see how it looks.

Correct, once you're done with the install load this calibration before starting the car. If you run the old calibration, it might throw codes and/or not run right. The MAF sensor will no longer get a good reading, so it needs to be running speed density which the new calibration does.

Glad it feels solid. No you don't have to re-upload the calibration. You can just take it for a drive when you can.

Yeah it looks really good, almost nailed it. I made some fuel adjustments, but I might end up making some cam angle adjustments after the next one. Go ahead and take this one for a spin, shoot for 20 minutes in length and at least one third gear pull. But feel free to have some fun with it if you want.
