I'm having an issue when trying to upload a new tune to my 9th gen civci si. When I look into upload a new tune it will ask for a password I have never set myself, this is also happens when trying to go back to stock. This flashpro belongs to my car and has never been used with any other car.

Im reposting this as I never recieved an answer via "email" regarding my situation.
Im having an issue with my flashpro asking me for a password when I never placed a password on it (I bought this brand new never used)
Im also seeing the following signs come out in the flashpro tab. I would appreciate an answer as I need to get the car running already.
