I've got a S300 v3 on my P28. Recently the green indicator by the usb port doesn't come on when trying to crank. I can wait anywhere from 10 seconds to several minutes before it will come on and I hear the fuel pump prime and I can then fire up. Reading others it seems maybe its a bad solder joint on the ECU? Any suggestions other suggestions before I resolder all of the pins?
Once I've got it cranked and stop and try and restart it usually has the light on and fires right up again.
Fairly new to the S300.

Have the capacitors been replaced in the ECU: https://www.hondata.com/products/access ... acitor-kit

I'll check when I am home and take a picture but I doubt it based off memory.

Swapped the cooked one out with a good cap but still no toast. I'll look into replacing them all but all I get is the one LED green. Never get D3 or hear the pump prime.

You can try replacing the capacitors, but it may be too badly damaged and you may need to replace the ECU.
