    Pricing

    All prices are in US dollars excluding freight, installation and taxes charges.

    Credit Cards

    The credit card shipping address must be the same as the billing address.

    Countries

    We primarily ship within the US with exceptions to some countries depending on availability of parts. 

    Sales Regions

    Certain products are only available inside the US/Canada; other products are only available outside the US/Canada. The product 'Sales Region' lists this restriction, if any apply.

    The destination region is determined by the shipping address.

    Orders containing products which do not meet the sales region restrictions will be placed on hold and not shipped.

    Return Policy

    Refunds and returns for online orders must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods by contacting Hondata by email at store@hondata.com. Returned items must be shipped with all original packaging & contents intact, in perfect working condition, arranged by the purchaser. FlashPro devices cannot be returned if they have been locked to a vehicle. Heatshield gaskets cannot be returned if they have been used. MAP sensors cannot be returned. Only products purchased directly from Hondata via the Hondata online store may be returned.  Shipping costs, handling charges, customs and duties are non-refundable. There is a 15% restocking fee for any returns.

    Shipping

    All orders are shipped with a direct delivery signature requirement. 

    US orders are shipped either Federal Express or UPS. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, PMB  or PSC//Box, Commercial and/or freight forwarding type addresses. 

    International orders are shipped primarily with UPS. Shipping times and prices will vary. Customs and duty charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

    Every effort is made to ship products within two working days (excluding weekends) of receiving the order, however, some items may take up to 7 working days to ship. In the event of a delay longer than 7 working days the customer will be notified via the email address used when ordering.

    Shipping Damage / Loss

    In the event of shipping loss or damage, please contact Hondata immediately with details about the loss so a claim can be filed via freight carrier.
